This volume has a number of Ming belt plaque sets with several in gold; in particular page 311 has a set with each of the shapes being given seperate names as follows:- the big plaques with one end rounded are called 'tuowai', the rectangular plaques are 'Kua', the small vertical plaques are called 'fubi', and the sideways teardrop ones are called 'Yuantao'. Some of the belts had wood infilled backing as ours does.
