A small but heavy gilt bronze water container in the form of a fishbowl with a standing boy looking upwards holding the thickened rim. The fish bowl has a continuous lotus scroll decoration in relief and the base is slightly recessed. The style of decoration is reminiscent of late 15th/early 16th century fahua ceramics.
