A natural wood root waterpot lacquered in the interior with black, orange and red lacquer. The rim is decorated with a bat in red lacquer. On the base is an inscription that reads 'For the elegant appreciation of Huantianyi' in black lacquer within a large rectangular red bordered cartouche. It is not known who Huantianyi was.
