Arita blue and white dish decorated in the centre with a circular group of three peony flowers on a white ground with a double line circle defining the central area, outside of which is a broad band of cluttered blue scrolling leaves and three flower-heads under a single-line eight-bracketed blue border, the reverse with a continuous clobbered scroll with three lines above the foot, the base with a fuku mark in a double -lined square in the middle of the base with five spur marks showing and a single lined outer circle towards the footrim.
