one unusual form of jade in the shape of approximately half a circle with two indentations on the upper edge giving a lobed effect pierced with three holes for hanging probably from a belt; the bottom half of the front with seven pierced tubes in high relief to suspend something like keys, the outer surface of the tubes decorated with formal C scrolls;the upper half is worked with two parrot-like birds in low relief, the short wings of which are outstretched, the tips near the head 'as if saluting'; their long biforcated tails intertwined, the reverse carved with C & S scroll work
