Description part summary
A large Martaban type jar with restricted neck and rounded flat mouth rim. There are six loop handles with lion masks with incised 'wang' character on their foreheads and bulbous upper body tapering to flat base. The jar is decorated with incised and applied figures including man on a horse, guardians, a lady by a well and a rabbit. Classic scroll borders with yellowish brown glaze on upper body.
