Description part summary
A large jar of plain globular shape with thick rolled rim, decorated with a broad band of flowers in white with combed details, the background of the band carved away and in-filled with black glaze with extensive brown suffusions. The rest of the jar has a yellowish white glaze. The base has a broad bi-type foot unglazed without a footrim showing the body of putty coloured clay; Konwa ware, sometimes also called Chifeng ware.
