A red lacquer display cabinet and stand on a soft wood base with cloth covering covered all over with red lacquer of brick red colour with scenes of egrets in a lotus pond in naturalistic colour both on detachable doors, which are operated on peg hinges, and in the interior of the display section of egrets in a lotus ponds; the doors with 18th century famille rose cloisonne enamel handles and elongated plates depicting birds and flowers; the seperate red lacquer stand with bracketed corners
