A gilt bronze standing figure of Avalokitesvara holding down a kalasa flask in the right hand, the left hand is raised to and touches the shoulder. The bead festooned body has an undulating pose typical of the Tang dynasty. The figure stands on a double lotus with leaves pointing upwards and downwards all on top of a square 4-legged section.
