A doucai palette bowl cover, itself shaped as a shallow footed bowl, decorated with two large five-clawed dragons (one primarily green, the other primarily yellow) arising from a wave border. Each dragon is shown chasing a flaming pearl amid stylised clouds. The palette is comparatively dark and strongly drawn.
