Description part summary
A stemcup with underglaze blue decoration of birds in a peach tree. The birds and tree are enamelled with doucai enamels. On the base of the stemcup is the six character mark of Chenghua. This piece is a copy of a Chenghua original like it in Sotheby's sale of Edward Chow's Collection sale on 25th November 1980. This stemcup was made post 1980 in Taiwan.
