Description part summary
A slender vase of baluster form with trumpet neck. The sides are painted with a maiden and servant offering gifts to a warrior prince accompanied by a footman carrying a banner and two henchmen conversing to one side. The figures are all in a garden pavilion scene with spears and banners, rocks and shrubs and trailing clouds, beneath minor band of peony and lotus among rockwork on a cracked ice ground. The decoration is all in polychrome overglaze enamels and underglaze blue.
