A shallow eight-bracketed saucer in dark lacquer moulded (possibly over textile) in imitation of a Tang dynasty bronze mirror. There is a bracketed medallion in the centre of the mirrow with phoenixes in relief on a floral background. The reverse has a flat round base with possible mark.
