A cloisonne paperweight in the shape of a ruler, the surface of which is decorated with various flower blossoms in yellow, red, blue and aubergine on a so-called cracked-ice turquoise ground. The top of the paperweight has attached a gilt bronze kui dragon with foliated tail, pronounced claws and a snarling mouth.
