Description part summary

A woven and lacquered sweet meats box. The majority of the box is coated with black lacquer and painted in gold lacquer. The exposed woven areas have a thin coat of red lacquer. A landscape scene and peom decorate the top of the cover. Diaper patterns adorn the sides of the box, and dragons are painted on the foot. Inside the box is a tray with four depressions to hold sweet meats. If the tray is flipped over, there is one large depression. The side of the tray with four depressions is decorated with floral patterns painted in gold lacquer.
